We aim to create a different guest experience, by tapping into the history of the building and neighbourhood. While offering a genuine premium guest experience, totally embedded into the local hospitality and craftmanship.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL EXPLOITATION AS A SERVICE
Based on the acquired expertise and the support services that have been put in place for our owned guest lodges, we equally offer these services to owners that which to enter the short-term rental market. Meaning we organise the promotion of your property, the cleaning and maintenance and we jointly develop value-add services for your guests, that will generate on top-off revenues.
PROPERTY STAGING
We offer staging services to transform your long term rental property into a short-term rental property that offers all the modern comfort a traveler expects. Everything from the furnishing, decoration and the soul of the property, the bed linnen, the towels, to the guest welcome book. We take care of it all to ensure a 5-star experience. Either in one-off staging investment cost or alternatively in a monthly rental fee, so you pay as your property generates income.
